Pineapple Glazed Ribz

Pineapple glazed ribz come alive on the grill alongside colorful veggie skewers. Paired with flavorful coconut rice, this is one festive meal!



  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp vegan worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼  cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

Heat oil in saucepan and add ginger, garlic, worcestershire, pineapple, and brown sugar, stirring until well mixed. Make a slurry with the remaining ingredients and add into the saucepan stirring constantly until thickened. Toss ribz prior to grilling and baste as needed.

Coconut Rice

  • Jasmine rice
  • Coconut milk
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Pickled red chilis
  • Green onion

Cook the rice according to package directions, replacing half the water with coconut milk and adding a ½ tsp of salt as you add the rice. Top with garnishes.

Vegetable Skewers

Mixed vegetables of your choosing (Squash, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms) on the grill.
