Pineapple Glazed Ribz

Ingredients
Glaze
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp vegan worcestershire sauce
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Heat oil in saucepan and add ginger, garlic, worcestershire, pineapple, and brown sugar, stirring until well mixed. Make a slurry with the remaining ingredients and add into the saucepan stirring constantly until thickened. Toss ribz prior to grilling and baste as needed.
Coconut Rice
- Jasmine rice
- Coconut milk
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Pickled red chilis
- Green onion
Cook the rice according to package directions, replacing half the water with coconut milk and adding a ½ tsp of salt as you add the rice. Top with garnishes.
Vegetable Skewers
Mixed vegetables of your choosing (Squash, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms) on the grill.
